It is vital that your staff know who is on the premises therefore all our staff are issued with protective uniform and company identification ensuring that they are always smart and easily identified.

Supervision is of paramount importance when high standards are to be maintained. It is our policy to supervise all client's premises at least once per month to ensure the cleaning is carried out correctly.

We will thoroughly review your current situation and provide you with an honest, value for money proposal which we have to get right to ensure an ongoing relationship with you in the future. Contract Terms

• Duration - Contracts run on a continuous basis, subject to 30 days written notice received in writing by either party.

• Adjustments - On an annual basis in line with inflation.

• Holidays - All client closures and bank holidays are charged at the normal weekly/monthly rate.

• Insurance - Cover all employee and third party liability accident claims.

• Payments - Thirty days from date of invoice, unless management have authorised otherwise.
